Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether umbilical cord blood cells can safely treat lung damage caused by radiation therapy for cancer. Ten adults who have not improved with standard care will receive three weekly infusions of these cells. The main goal is to check safety and see if lung damage improves on CT scans.
