Summary
This study is testing a gentle, non-invasive ultrasound technique on the brain to see if it can help people who struggle with chronic back pain, opioid addiction, and anxiety. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, drug cravings, anxiety, and vital signs like heart rate. The main goal is to first check if the treatment is safe and well-tolerated in this complex patient group.
