Ambulance ultrasound boosts breathing diagnosis accuracy

Summary

This study looks at whether emergency doctors using a lung ultrasound in ambulances can more accurately diagnose the cause of severe shortness of breath. About 40 adults with serious breathing trouble will be included. The goal is to see if the ultrasound helps doctors choose the right treatment sooner, potentially reducing harm from incorrect care.
