Summary

This study looks at whether low-frequency ultrasound baths can improve muscle strength, thinking skills, and immune health in healthy older adults. Twenty people aged 70 and older will either get ultrasound baths or plain baths three times a week for eight weeks. The goal is to see if this simple spa-like treatment can support healthier aging.
