Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new, quickly-made CAR-T cell therapy for people with severe lupus that hasn't responded to standard treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and destroy faulty B cells driving the disease. The study aims to see if it's safe and can reduce lupus activity, with 18 participants aged 5 and older.
