New weight loss drug enters Mid-Stage testing

Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called UBT251 is safe and helps people with overweight or obesity manage their weight. About 333 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the actual drug or a placebo (inactive substance) for comparison. Researchers will measure changes in body weight and monitor for any side effects to determine if the treatment is effective and well-tolerated.
