Could a migraine pill help heal spinal cord injuries?

Summary

This study tests a drug called TZ-161 (Eletriptan hydrobromide), originally used for migraines, in people with recent spinal cord injury. The goal is to see if it is safe and can help improve recovery. About 28 adults aged 18-65 with a thoracic spinal injury will receive the drug within 24 hours of their injury.
