Summary
This study aims to translate and adapt the Synkinesis Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) into Turkish and check if it is a reliable and valid tool for people with peripheral facial palsy. Synkinesis causes involuntary facial movements during voluntary expressions, affecting appearance and quality of life. About 49 Turkish-speaking adults with facial palsy and synkinesis will complete the Turkish SAQ and a related questionnaire to test its accuracy and consistency.
