This study tests whether adding Turkish coffee or green tea to a Mediterranean diet can reduce liver fat in people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Participants will follow a 12-week diet plan and drink either Turkish coffee twice daily, green tea three times daily, or no extra beverage.
