Summary
This study tests whether an oral medication called tulodsesvenlafaxine can safely reduce pain in people with shingles (herpes zoster). Shingles causes a painful rash and can lead to long-term nerve pain. The drug works by affecting brain chemicals that control pain. The trial will enroll 750 adults with moderate to severe shingles pain to see if the drug provides better relief than current treatments.
