Summary
This study looks at a program called Tu Salud Si Cuenta (Your Health Matters!) designed to help Latino families eat more fruits and vegetables and get more physical activity. Researchers will work with 80 Latino adults in Houston to see if the program is acceptable and what helps or hinders healthy changes.
