Summary
This study looks at heart failure patients with a severe leaky tricuspid valve who received a new valve through a tube in a blood vessel (transcatheter replacement). It focuses on those who had unstable blood pressure right after the procedure. Researchers want to understand how the heart changes and what factors affect recovery. About 140 participants will be observed.
