Summary
This study tests a drug called trilaciclib given before chemotherapy to protect bone marrow in people with advanced bile duct or pancreatic cancer. The goal is to reduce severe low white blood cell counts and other blood-related side effects. About 96 adults will take part to see if the drug is safe and effective.
