Summary
This study tests three simple treatments for trigger finger: a finger splint, warm paraffin wax baths, and peloidotherapy (mud therapy), all combined with home exercises. Sixty adults with mild to moderate trigger finger will be randomly assigned to one of the three groups for six weeks. Researchers will measure pain, finger locking, and hand function to see which approach works best.
