This study tests whether adding the drug relacorilant to standard chemotherapy can help people with metastatic pancreatic cancer live longer without their disease getting worse. About 60 adults who have not yet been treated for advanced pancreatic cancer will receive the combination. The goal is to see if the new approach is safe and effective.
