Summary

This study tests a new drug called relacorilant combined with two standard chemotherapy drugs for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if the combination can help control the cancer longer and improve survival. About 60 participants will receive the treatment, and researchers will monitor how well it works and any side effects.
