Summary
This early-stage trial tests the safety and best dose of a drug called triapine when given with radiation therapy for people whose glioblastoma or astrocytoma has come back. Triapine may slow tumor growth by blocking certain enzymes, and radiation helps kill cancer cells. The study involves 30 adults and aims to find the safest dose and check for side effects.
