Summary

This study tests whether certain mouth rinses or oral medications can prevent or reduce taste changes caused by the drug talquetamab, used to treat multiple myeloma. About 210 participants will be randomly assigned to different preventive treatments. The goal is to find a way to keep patients' sense of taste intact during therapy.
