New pill aims to help men with enlarged prostate urinate easier

Summary
This study tests a new medicine, DNN.65.21.005, to see if it safely reduces urinary problems caused by an enlarged prostate. About 218 men aged 50 and older will take either the new drug or a standard treatment (Combodart) for 180 days. The main goal is to check if symptoms improve, as measured by a standard questionnaire.
