Summary

This early-stage trial tests the safety of combining donor anti-inflammatory Treg cells with low-dose IL-2 for people with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) that hasn't responded to steroids. cGVHD is a condition where donor immune cells attack the recipient's body after a stem cell transplant. The goal is to find a safe dose that may help control this immune attack. The study involves 25 participants and focuses on side effects and dosing.
