Summary
This study tests whether a new treatment using a person's own regulatory T cells (a type of immune cell) is safe for people with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a progressive nerve disease. Twelve adults aged 18 to 70 will receive the cell infusion and be closely monitored for side effects and tolerability. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the treatment can slow disease progression.
