This study tests whether a safe, noninvasive brain stimulation technique called tDCS, combined with thinking exercises, can improve attention, memory, and problem-solving in people who had a traumatic brain injury at least two years ago. About 20 adults will receive personalized tDCS while doing cognitive training. The goal is to see if this approach eases long-term thinking problems and improves quality of life.
