Summary
This study aimed to find a better treatment for a serious lung inflammation that can occur as a side effect of certain cancer immunotherapies when standard steroid treatment fails. It tested two different drug combinations (infliximab or intravenous immunoglobulin) in cancer patients with this condition. The goal was to see which approach could better improve lung function and reduce inflammation, but the study was stopped early after enrolling only one participant.
