Summary

This study tests whether trazodone, a medication used for sleep, can slow down memory loss and brain changes in people with mild cognitive impairment and obstructive sleep apnea. About 134 participants will take either trazodone or a placebo for one year. Researchers will measure changes in blood markers and cognitive test scores to see if the drug helps protect the brain.
