First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new drug, trastuzumab rezetecan, for people with HER2-positive early breast cancer whose tumors don't shrink enough after two cycles of standard therapy. About 124 participants will first receive standard treatment, and those with a poor response will switch to the new drug. The goal is to see if the new drug can eliminate cancer before surgery.
