First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This phase 4 study is testing the safety of trastuzumab deruxtecan, a targeted antibody-drug combination, in 100 Indian adults with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. Participants have already received at least one prior anti-HER2 treatment. They will receive the drug by IV every 3 weeks for up to 9 cycles. The main goal is to track side effects and ensure the drug is safe in this specific population.
