New hope for bowel control after rectal cancer surgery: simple irrigation method tested

Summary
This study tests whether a simple bowel irrigation technique can help people who have bowel control problems after rectal cancer surgery. About 60 adults who recently had surgery and a temporary colostomy will try the irrigation method or standard care. The goal is to see if it improves quality of life and reduces urgency and leakage.
