Summary

This study compares two medications, tranexamic acid and vasopressin, to see which works better at reducing blood loss during planned C-sections in women with placenta previa. Placenta previa is a condition where the placenta covers the cervix, raising the risk of heavy bleeding. The trial will involve 58 women and measure blood loss during surgery to determine the more effective drug.
