Summary
This study looked at whether a substance in the blood called adropin can help doctors identify placenta accreta spectrum, a serious pregnancy condition where the placenta grows too deeply into the womb. Researchers compared adropin levels in 42 pregnant women with the condition and 42 healthy pregnant women. The goal was to see if adropin could be a useful diagnostic tool.
