Summary
This study tested whether inhaling tranexamic acid works faster than receiving it through an IV to stop mild-to-moderate coughing up blood (hemoptysis). 172 patients aged 12 to 80 with infections or cancer-related bleeding took part. The goal was to see which method controls bleeding more quickly.
