Summary
This trial tests whether tranexamic acid, a medicine that helps blood clot, stops airway bleeding after a biopsy better than adrenaline, the current standard. Adults who develop moderate bleeding during a bronchoscopy biopsy will receive one of the two medicines directly on the bleeding spot. The study aims to see which drug stops bleeding faster and prevents it from restarting within 30 minutes.
