Summary

This study tests the drug trametinib in 35 adults with advanced cancers that have certain BRAF gene mutations or fusions. Trametinib blocks proteins that help cancer cells grow. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. Participants must have already been enrolled in the main MATCH study and meet specific heart health criteria.
