Could your GP soon spot heart problems in minutes?

NCT ID NCT07339007

Summary

This study is testing a training program to teach family doctors how to use a focused heart ultrasound. The goal is to see if these trained doctors can accurately spot common heart issues during regular check-ups, which could help patients get diagnosed faster without waiting months for a specialist. Researchers will compare the doctors' ultrasound results with those from heart specialists to check their accuracy.
