Smarter chemo: imaging may allow less treatment for HER2+ breast cancer

Summary
This study tests whether doctors can safely reduce the amount of chemotherapy given before surgery for HER2-positive breast cancer by using imaging scans to guide decisions. About 462 participants with stage II or III disease will receive a tailored treatment plan. The goal is to maintain high cure rates while lowering side effects from unnecessary chemo.
