Blood test study aims to predict Cancer's return after treatment
NCT ID NCT07268469
Summary
This study aims to understand how well a blood test can detect tiny amounts of leftover cancer DNA after surgery. It will follow 840 patients with breast, lung, prostate, ovarian, or gastric cancer to see if this 'liquid biopsy' can predict if the cancer might come back. The study is observational, meaning it only monitors patients with blood tests and scans; it does not test a new treatment.
