New drug TR-002 targets tough cancers in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new chemotherapy drug called TR-002 in people with advanced solid tumors (including pancreatic cancer) that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand side effects. About 52 adults will take part to see if TR-002 can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
