First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding an experimental drug (TQB2868) and a targeted therapy (anlotinib) to standard chemotherapy can help people with advanced pancreatic cancer live longer without their cancer growing. About 80 adults with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma who have not had prior treatment will receive the combination. The main goal is to see how long it takes for the cancer to progress.
