First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests a new type of cream that fizzes when applied to the skin. The cream contains 5-fluorouracil, a medicine that may help bring back skin color in people with stable vitiligo. About 60 people aged 10 and older with patches that haven't changed for at least a year will try the treatment. The goal is to see how much color returns to the white patches.
