Summary
This study tests whether an injection called topefilgrastim can prevent preeclampsia in 100 pregnant women at high risk for the condition. Participants will receive either a low dose, a higher dose, or standard care. The goal is to see if the drug can lower harmful protein levels in the blood and reduce complications like early delivery.
