Can a celebrity Coach's planning system boost your mood and work life?
NCT ID NCT06539949
Summary
This study tested whether Tony Robbins' Rapid Planning Method (RPM) improves people's mood, motivation, and productivity compared to basic journaling. About 140 adults were split into two groups: one attended the 3-day virtual RPM training, while the other simply kept a weekly to-do list journal. Researchers measured participants' sense of purpose, work motivation, and productivity before and after the programs to see which approach worked better.
