Summary
This study tested a monthly injection called tonlamarsen in 206 adults whose blood pressure stays high even after taking two or more daily medications. The goal was to see if the shot can safely lower blood pressure and reduce a protein linked to hypertension. Results will show whether this approach might help people who need extra control.
