This study tests whether adding tolecizumab (a PCSK9 inhibitor) to standard chemoimmunotherapy can better shrink locally advanced colon cancer before surgery. About 106 adults with a specific type of colon cancer will receive either the combination or standard treatment alone. The main goal is to see if the cancer disappears completely in the surgical sample.
