Summary
This study looked at how well the drug tofacitinib works for people with psoriatic arthritis in everyday medical practice. 116 adults with moderate to severe disease were observed for 12 months after starting the medication. The goal was to see if the drug could reduce disease activity and improve quality of life, with results measured at 3, 6, and 12 months.
