Summary
This study is testing whether a watch-like device worn on the ankle can measure how well toddlers with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) move during their daily activities. Researchers will ask 30 boys with DMD and 30 without (ages 1-3) to wear the device for three 28-day periods over six months. The goal is to see if the device is comfortable, reliable, and can detect changes in walking ability, which could help test new medicines in younger children.
