NCT ID NCT07637487

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This phase 2 trial is testing whether a daily dose of tocotrienol, a form of vitamin E from palm oil, can reduce markers of aging in healthy adults aged 35 to 64. Over 6 months, 220 participants will take either tocotrienol or a placebo. Researchers will measure changes in cellular aging, inflammation, and overall health to see if the supplement can promote healthier aging.
