Massive registry aims to find best valve fix for heart patients

Summary
This study is a registry that collects information from 1000 people with a leaky mitral valve (mitral regurgitation) who are being considered for a catheter-based valve replacement. The goal is to see how well different treatments work in real-world settings, including valve replacement, repair, or medication. Participants must have had a screening for the procedure and at least 30 days of follow-up data.
