Can magnetic pulses boost speech therapy for stroke survivors?

Summary
This study tests whether combining Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) with speech therapy can improve language in people with mild aphasia after a stroke. About 24 adults who had a left-brain stroke at least 6 months ago will receive either real or fake TMS along with 10 days of speech therapy. Researchers will check if the treatment helps conversation and understanding, and look for who benefits most.
