Summary
This study tests a combination of two treatments for people with cocaine use disorder: deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), which uses magnetic pulses to stimulate the brain, and contingency management, a program that rewards participants for staying cocaine-free. The goal is to see if this combo helps people stop using cocaine and reduces cravings. The study involves 100 participants who will attend clinic visits three times a week.
