Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called TMS, combined with speech therapy, can improve language recovery in people who had a stroke 2 to 6 weeks earlier. 63 participants will receive either real or fake TMS alongside therapy. The goal is to see if this approach boosts speech and to find out who benefits most.
