Could a tailored magnetic pulse ease Parkinson's symptoms?

Summary
This study tests whether a personalized form of transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can improve movement and non-movement symptoms in people with Parkinson's disease, multiple system atrophy, or progressive supranuclear palsy. Fifty adults aged 30-80 will receive 10 daily sessions of targeted brain stimulation over two weeks, with follow-up assessments for 10 weeks. The goal is to see which symptoms improve and by how much.
