Summary

This study tests a noninvasive magnetic stimulation technique (TMS) targeting brain areas linked to memory and vision. 88 adults with bipolar disorder in a stable phase will receive either real or sham stimulation over 5 days. The goal is to see if this approach safely improves cognitive functions like working memory and attention.
